It's just a different take on the English Dub for OGDB, the Dialogue and Script does not match in Line with the original Japanese Audio of OGDB, DBZ Kai's English Dub managed to be Faithful to the original Japanese Script, but OGDB English Dub still kept the minor Mistakes and Errors because it never had a Kai Re-Dub like DBZ.
