You know, just because someone's evil, that doesn't mean that they automatically become affiliated with an existant evil faction, like the saiyans. For example, if two evil factions don't share common purpose, depending on the risks involved, they're just as likely to wipe each other out as ignor each other. Even if two evil factions share common purpose, they might seek to exploit the implicit trust of an alliance to attack a potential rival. Or if he were to become evil, he might simply choose to become an outcast loner, free to follow his own agenda at his own pace. Opposed to any and all factions he encounters. Maybe he'd recruit evil subordinates to form a new faction. He may even infiltrate a good or neutral faction in order to exploit them as a resource. Or, depending on his motives and how socially adept he is, he might even continue as an evil entity within his current faction without any significant change to the timeline. 🤔

if vegeta got sent to earth as a baby and also hit his head causing him to end up as goku did, og dragon ball wouldnt have happened the same way for the most part. Vegeta would of been stronger then everyone considering his power level at birth and his abilities due to being an elite saiyan. goku would of either been sent to a different planet or maybe the same one considering what happens in the broly movie. which would of been interesting bc they would have met as kids but goku would of likely been evil. vegeta meeting grandpa gohan first would cause him to kill grandpa gohan as an ape before goku ever arrives on earth since vegeta is older. They likely would of fought as kids and vegeta would have won easily, causing goku or "kakarot" to sort of act like how vegeta does in z. if saiyans ever did come looking for vegeta or goku then they would of been defeated easily killing nobody. which means no going to namek, nobody ever going super saiyan, frieza doesnt invade namek bc he would of never heard about the dragon balls, piccolo likely wouldnt exist bc i doubt he would of gottwn revived by the pilaf gang, trunks likely wouldnt have been born but thats a maybe. and everyone would die in the android arc.
