The world's strongest is a movie I remember watching repeatedly, and it's memorable, especially with the martial art sequences and the power-up scenes. In the original concept art the brain was normal sized in the glass dome, but there were a bunch of Wheelo's other organs also floating around in there. At some point during the development of the movie they decided to make it just the brain, but didn't change the size of the dome to be single brain sized, so they made the brain massive
