I think one of the hardest but better lessons I have learned this days its to not rush to the enemies, because most of the time when you rush with the dragon rush they can easily evade, perception or guard and punish you.

My biggest issue is with the damn backshots. You get locked up from behind youre pretty much donezo. And its worse because AI can practically almost always out vanish you and deliver back shots.

When in sparking mode an almost sure way to get your super off is to hold square and kick your opponent to the ground or air then immediately hit your super. There’s a slight delay to when you can recover after being kicked in the air or to the ground and if your fast enough you can almost always get your super off.

@@DallasUzumaki I hope you figured it out already bro, but go to the super training OR manually set a bot to attack you in regular training. From there, just try to get the timing right. In my opinion, you can use the audio cues to figure out the timing, which DOES NOT differ from character to character! In my personal experience I try to input right before the enemy's attack would hit me and cause Visual Effects (if that makes sense)

do you know why when in online battles all my abilities are all on the same button, so ab 1 is triangle, ab 2is triangle and ultimate is also triangle. no up, no down, all the same button so i cant even decide what to go for. settings are all default and in offline it works perfect. ONLY online is the problem.

There is a bug with classic controls. The way to fix it apparently is to set player 2 to classic controls aswell

Circle when timed correctly will vanish you behind them if they're attacking you, if you're dashing to them though you can double tap L2 and X and you'll instant dash behind them if you have at least 1 bar of ki.
