Sadly Bandai doesn’t allow manga content in games. That’s the reason why Ultra Ego, or any of the new manga content is in Xenoverse, Legends, or Dokkan

We have had manga references in Goku and Vegeta Super movesets. So it isn't entirely impossible, but not something to get your hopes up on happening 100% The only one that can and WILL happen is Beast Gohan because he's literally part of Superhero movie. Edit: Since the thread is getting long and no one is gonna read it--- Yes, I know there is a difference between referencing moves/attacks and full on characters. And since I *NEED* to explain what I meant by not "entirely impossible". This involves Dragon Ball licensing rights. Dragon Ball is split among three companies if memory serves me correctly. Bandai with the games, Toei with the anime and Suehisa with the manga. But there is also the Capsule Corp company(yes the company that deals with merch if I recall correctly). So it is a rights/licensing issue but if they allow it then it's possible but to be clear do not keep your hopes up on people like Moro appearing. Hopefully this helps with understanding what I mean.

Only one that will happen is Gohan and it was literally confirmed. Beast Gohan is part of Superhero and will definitely be part of the DLC after Gamma 1 and Gamma 2. Since they'll be needed for his reveal footage

Manga is owned by Shueisha and not Toei. The video games are contractually obligated to stick to Toei content. Japan takes their copyright stuff VERY seriously so I wouldn't get my hopes up

Since we have both gammas in dlc, it's safe to assume that Superhero gohan(base, ssj1/2, ultimate and beast) piccolo(base/awakened and orange), and cell max will be added, maybe even fat gotenks and kid pan Granola, ultra ego, and other manga exclusive characters are unlikely, not impossible but unlikely, not only would it be considered "spoilers" for the likely continuation of the anime but also, apparently Bandai doesn't allow manga content in games...

They will be added in dlc packs 1, and 2 respectively, beast gohan is in 1 because super hero is already the first confirmed dlc pack, they're gonna work through all the super hero characters then most likely move onto daima for the rest of those 25 characters, followed by the rest of super's manga characters in dlc pack 2 and 3, rounding off with dbC and game exclusive characters with the possibility of fusions mixing in throughout
