28:53 They saw it when Trunks tested Gokū 3 years before, and Piccolo trained with Gokū and Gohan during those three years which included fighting Super Saiyan Gokū, but the point still stands for Tenshinhan who didn't get a closer look until then (though they are both more surprised by Gokū's current level).
