No it’s actually the third. First is the hidden timeline that gets helped by 2nd timeline Trunks. 2nd timeline is Cell’s timeline where he kills a Trunks and takes his Time Machine. This Cell becomes perfect. 3rd is the future timeline where we see future Gogan, Future Trunks and both Zamasu. 4th timeline is main story.

Where 2nd timeline Trunks saved the first timeline and comes back to save his own time which prevents Cell from getting his perfect form from 2nd Trunks timeline but then decides to take 2nd Trunks killing him and going to the main story in Z becoming Cell that we all know leading rise and fall with Young Hyperbolic Time Chamber Gohan of course. And now with 3rd Trunks who was in that main story went back but he is definitely far stronger than Androids and Cell who is trying to find them but again fails and tries to take 3rd Trunks who follow his fellow Android brethren to their grave cause of 3rd Trunks power which now allows to Black & future Zamasu in Super series (but not before going through Majin Buu Saga with Buu being un-revived as a successful mission with some sacrifice from Future East Kaioshin {Future Supreme Kai}).
