Dragon Ball Sparking Zero - World's Ultimate Dragon Ball! (Custom Battle)

For the next part, continuing from when Goku and the others depart from West City, they visit the Island where Whis, Beerus, Piccolo, and Nail are. Piccolo wants Beerus to tell Goku about the Ultimate Dragon Ball, however Beerus thinks that it may be hard to explain it. Whis explains it, and how it's a bit slow on how the Earth Dragon Balls form due to Kami's death, with other Namekians that are strong enough to have them exist as they are now, such as with Piccolo, Nail, and Dende taking over. As for the Ultimate Dragon Ball, it basically is formed from the particles of the Earth Dragon Balls, which basically is the World they are on itself, and somehow Frost utilized this to cause all the chaos and revived villains (and Frieza becoming mechanized again xD). Whis, Piccolo and Nail train the group, with Goku figuring out that Frieza should be taken down first. However, Beerus senses something, within Black that may be equivalent to Angel's power, and ends up beginning to do Special sparring with him, with both happy with the results. This definitely hints at what they will do to fix the Universes and stop Frost, and that this time, it won't be just because of Goku.
