The only error in this whole video is when Goku summons the Spirit Bomb in SSJ form. It is impossible to summon the attack in that form because the Spirit Bomb can only work with a pure, calm heart. SSJ requires anger and rage to transform and that is not compatible with the Spirit Bomb - this is per King Kai.

While your not wrong I think ultra instinct requires a calm heart as well, considering that it disconnects all consciousness from the body and let’s them move independently, so I think in ultra instinct he can use the spirit bomb

The whole SSJ canon was changed if you watched super. SSJ went from being an emotional transformation to a tingle you feel in your back.

If I’m not mistaken, in canon, Goku used the Spirit Bomb while in SSJ form. Like any power, the initial trigger is no longer needed after the power has been mastered. As such, the anger needed to be a SS remained merely a catalyst for the 1st use. Think about it. They all can transform with just the desire to do so now. That’s the level they’re at, except Gohan. He’s lost his edge.
