People don't realise this but Saitama represents hope above all else in OPM. He always appears to tell the heroes there will be a brighter future even in the darkest hour, he built his power from literally nothing, he is above the hero organisation in his morality. The mangaka really crafted a beautiful story about the potential humanity has to overcome it's monsters

This songs protrays perfectly Saitama's Character, he is a ''Hero'' for fun, but he knows that a Hero is not just about beating bad guys, it is not about status or how overpowered you can be, he cares about the people, about his friends and... even tho he is bored and it's very apathic most ot the time, he really likes being a Hero, he obviously would like to face an enemy that can match his power, and most of the time he is not doing Super-Hero stuff because he is doing everyday things but as a Hero, save people and caring about other is his priorities even if he doesn't demostrate it.
