One cool visual easter egg is when they started to talk about the Androids, they show us a brain in a jar. This is about Dr Gero becoming Android 20, but how they animated and frame that shot is an easter egg to Dr Wheelo especially when the red "dot"(I don't know what to call it) on the Android's hand looks like Dr Wheelo's eye

I think the reason why Cell Max blew up without causing any mayor damage like the original IT'S BECAUSE this Cell blows up as an auto destruction mechanism made by Dr Hedo, remember he made a weak spot in Cell Max on purpose in case things go wrong.. he purposely designed this explosion to not destroy the world. Designing him a weak spot and making his auto explosion destroy everything is nonsensical, why would he do that?

I'm pretty sure the reason Cell Max didn't destroy the Earth when he blew up was because Dr. Hedo designed it to not be that powerful of an explosion. Remember the explosion was caused by the fail safe Dr. Hedo created for Cell Max in case the android went rogue or something. I'm pretty sure he wouldn't want the Earth to be destroyed if the fail safe needed to be triggered lol

Technically, this is Vegeta's THIRD win. Their first fight, Goku was crippled, and he entrusted the Genkidama to Krillin, bounced back by Gohan. Vegeta crawled away from that fight. Majin Vegeta, although through a cheap shot, "won" their second fight, but only because he knew how he wanted to deal with Buu. So this Super Hero win counts as his third if you count the other two.

I loved how in the English dub, you can hear Stephanie Nadoly’s scream when Gohan transforms to his beast form. Also I think the Pan learning to fly controversy isn’t really a big deal because like you stated, her flying as a baby was probably instinctual and as she got older, had to relearn how to do it. There were things I did as a child that I no longer knew how to do after a certain age such as cartwheels

Gohan downs him with a kick, Gamma 1 rises up almost undertaker like back on his feet just like Cell did during the opening exchange against Goku when Goku almost eliminated him from the ring.

I think it's possible that the Gammas' design was based on the Rocketeer. The outfit is very similar and the Rocketeer even has a fin on his helmet similar to Gamma 1. The Rocketeer itself was a homage to old serial superhero stories, which is what I thought of when Hedo mentioned old-fashioned superheroes.

I hope the ant thing is foreshadowing some lore about transformations. It seemed like a pretty deliberate storytelling device that may be important for everyone and not just Gohan's field of science. Everyone is always transforming anyways, so they may as well explore why. Imagine we learn that more races can transform but some of them (saiyans, frieza race, saiy-ants, zarbon race, etc.) can do it easier or in a more efficient way. If humans could somehow transform for a boost we could get some interesting stuff; especially with the hybrid-saiyans.

At least in the Spanish translation dr Hedo mentioned that when Cell Max is beaten, the explosion that occurs would only be enough to destroy everything in his close surroundings. So maybe he modified the final explosion power cuz he knew that it would destroy the earth.

Cells self destruct was a weakness built on purpose, I doubt the creator (forgot his name) wanted to die along with cell in case he would have to use it. A controller demolition rather than a purposeful last ditch effort to explode on purpose.

Here’s a couple of easter eggs & references I noticed: After Pan finished her training with Piccolo she left running in a particular way, that specific run is Arale’s signature run from Dr. Slump. In the english dub when Piccolo is trying to pilot the RR airship he mentions that he never got his license referencing DBZ’s driver’s license exam filler episode. Gohan Beast’s (Gohan Blanco) colors reference the original colors for the Super Saiyan form with the red eyes and the white-ish hair (I think I remember you talking about this in another video). Gamma 2 literally does Sailor Moon’s hand signs when facing Piccolo during their first encounter. I think the name of Dr. Hedo is a pun on the word “Hero” because he is a superhero fan/superhero wannabe which wouldn’t surprise me especially with Dragon Ball’s history on how they name their characters.

I'll never get over the fact that, to my knowledge, TeamFourStar predicted the Gero and 16 connection years back, and it slowly made it's way into the canon and public conciousness with the introduction of 21 in FighterZ, the hints in Kakarot, and finally full canon confirmation in Super Hero. And yes I know there was some interview years ago that either hinted or outright stated this family connection, but I can't remember where from. Geekdom probably even covered it, lol.

I think Cell Max's explosion being so small is because Hedo designed it that way as part of the failsafe. If the failsafe needed to be used and destroyed the whole earth, it would be pointless. I forget if there's any trace if Cell Max left after that detonation. If not, I also think that was by Hedo's design. Enough power to completely obliterate Cell, concentrated and controlled to minimize damage to the earth as well as keep any part of Cell Max's design out of anyone else's hands. The explosion is there to completely destroy Cell Max, not as an intentional final middle finger from a Sore Loser Semi-Perfect Cell.

That Cell Max explosion was deliberately engineered to erase Cell Max from the inside. It's not an attack used by Cell Max against the earth, it's just the smallest amount of overflow Dr Hedo was able to obtain and 'guarantee' Cell Max' complete destruction. I presume it's guaranteed, that was Hedo's intention. For a time I was interested in the possibility of Cell Max' escaping and somehow obtaining perfection (possibly by hijacking the body of a Cell Junior) but with Black Frieza in the picture that's just not that interesting anymore
