Nope. The ability on the right is Infect its the same as the finisher (I don't know why but it is) its only available in front of a survivor

The fact Baby can be disguised as a civilian, and can INSTANT K.O. any opponent who is near, is way, way too over powered. They don't even get a fighting chance
