Quite a lot of the characters are from patreon creators, which means they cant be reuploaded legally, along with the list literally being hundreds upon hundreds of characters. this would take forever to download and would basically turn into a zip bomb, along with half of these characters being unfunctionable ingame. the CMN files and custom skills would overload xv2's engine, these characters are mostly only for show.

Actively got a little annoyed when I saw Giran was just called "Pterodactyl" and put in with a random pterodactyl that's not even part of his species. Giran is a giras, and he was the one who stopped the other giras from harassing Goku when he tried to let the springs flow again. Granted, Giran didn't give Goku an easy time, but he still wasn't as surprised as the other giras by that point because he'd already seen Goku's power at the World Tournament prior. And iirc, Giran was also their leader, if not leader of the giras as a whole, he was definitely a pack leader.
