the demon realm crystals allow you to do the raid boss battle thingy (can't remember the name). if you play it you can unlock special stuff like fused zamasu clothes. and other things.

No, the mmmmh soul is given by the buu kids. You then use the soul to help you beat the broly quest fast, beating the quest is what gives the crystals. But like the video states, there is only a 30% chance of it dropping in this quest, so it will need to be completed multiple times.

Yes the 19th ones rate is 50 percent and the 20th is 100 percent for a crystal
