Super Saiyan 3 trumps Potential Unleashed in terms of physical skills/basic as well as damage reduction. It also ties in for the speed boost and grants a 20% Stamina Regen. Just use Super Saiyan blue and then rate the saiyans, and honestly I prefer the Frieza race because, despite what he said they have great ki and are dumb fast,in or out of golden form

I was gonna do this build for when I get dragon all xenoverse 2 it's gonna be a second tallest middle weight male Saiyan Basic attack-100 Max stamina-42 Max ki-42 Max health-48 Ki blast super-100 Strike super-0 I did this because 42 gives you 1 bar in stamina and ki so I did 42 in both and cause he is saiyan I did max basic attacks cause he is really good at them especially with super Saiyan 3, and I did max ki blast supers for combos so my dude can deal lots of damage have Extra stamina and Ki by a bar and have decent health with the 48 I felt like this would be a good build can someone tell me if I should change anything as I haven't played the game before and I'm gonna get it and try to start off with a good player
