While I'd love humans to have more exclusive forms, that would just qualify as Full Power. And everyone has had it. Roshi, Frieza, Trunks and Goku during the Cell arc, Cell himself, even Jiren. To be fair, even Power Pole Pro seems like an odd pick for an Earthling exclusive seeing as Goku was the only one who really used it and he's a Saiyan.

No one is reqlly mentioning it, but I highly respect your choice to show the actual results of the tier list in the thumbnail. Most would show a false tier list with outrageous takes for the thumbnail, enticing people to click and see if that's really the result of the tierlist. But not you, Burcol.

I feel like people will argue that Ultra Instinct is a "State of Mind", so that's why it doesn't increase any damage, but that's bullshit, cause in the wiki is said that it increases Goku's power by 80 milion if i remember correctly. Since it's a transformation that you simply get at lvl 99, unlockable for any race and stronger than SSJ Blue Evolution (which has a 35% damage increase in the game, for all kinds of damage), I'd say it should give 40% damage increase. It's a lot of damage, considering you also get auto dodge, modified ki blasts and teleports. You wanna balance it out? That's fine, but give it at least 25/30% damage increase, come on, it's a HEAVENLY FORM

For real. I switched from ssj to ultra instinct. I'm now hitting for way less damage. I was basically only using ssj3 though. It's crazy that it doesn't have a damage increase considering it was the form that allowed Goku to deal damage to Jiren at all.

Super Saiyan Blue Evolution is my most used for Saiyans, and I love that Beast truly levels the playing field for all other races. I enjoy using Beast for my alien characters Majin, Namekian, and Frieza race

I find beast to be the best for non pvp gameplay. Gives a massive boost to your character and ultimate charge along with friezes ss for the beam ultimate/ki regeneration is a perfect pairing

I get the Full Power 100 percent buff, but the other transformations make little sense. Freeza narratively dropped his power to avoid accidental destruction and give his enemies a false sense of security. Why would you power down or start weaker in a fighting game?

I have two favorite awoken skills. First off is my most reliable awoken skill, that being Potential Unleashed. A 15% damage increase to everything with no ki drain is immaculate and you can combo so much off of his form's knockback The second is Ultra Instinct. Sure it doesn't have a damage increase but it does have a hidden feature that gives it a niche use: the auto dodge gives you brief I- frames when you activate it, allowing to conserve stamina against fast hitting opponents by only using one bar to dodge more than one hit. Plus idm the ki blast change all that much but the fact it gives you a free charge skill sold it for me.

*UI is fine* It gives you 4 built-in skills which can be a huge substitute for certain presets. You overall end up with a cac with *8 super attacks.* If UI did get a stat buff, it would make too many forms redundant. And while this is fitting for lore, it is unfit for diversity. - I think all forms should get a rework, but for a standalone buff, it is sufficient with the games current options.

Mui needs a buff even if it’s just a massive speed boost(which should’ve been there from the start, but right now it’s lacking on every level objectively speaking) “BuT ThAt wOUlD MAkE iT oP “, MUI is SUPPOSED to be overpowering…literally.

@@MYBADVALENTINE I agree that what we got was more fitting for UIO. Should have allowed the player to transform again to MUI/UI where you’d then get a nice stat buff with some sort of draw back. A big defence drop could work to give it a glass cannon feel to still have a semblance of balance while rightfully making the form powerful.

@@bigpapan.g3245 Not a bad idea but that wouldn’t make sense lore wise, MUI is supposed to strengthen the body before the moment of impact when necessary, so MUI should actually *Buff* Defense against basic attacks at least along with a massive speed buff, and I’d also make basic attack combo strings much faster with no buff to dmg. I feel like MUI costing a stamina bar per dodge plus the inability to ki cancel plus eating 5 whole bars of ki is balanced enough, all it needs at this point is *buffs*

I appreciate the effort they made to make UI unique, but having no stat boosts defeats the purpose of an awoken skill. This is supposed to be the strongest form and they made it one of the weakest

Actually Super Vegeta is better than Super Saiyan because according to the wiki it gives you base and skill strike and base and skill ki damage boost and Super Saiyan only gives skill strike and ki damage boost

Try using a namekian custom, they're actually really good, and when their health gets to flashing red it auto regens until it's no longer flashing red. If you know what you're doing in a fight, and have the correct stats and moves, there's almost no way you can lose.

I mostly take Super Vegeta 2 because it doesn't have 3rd form, which I found way too draining. I prefer weaker buff without slowing me down. So I use it until I get potential unleashed

On the Wiki, it says it Kaioken's not only give large damage increases but decrease stamina costs. However, they increase passive stamina drain. So, at kaioken x20, you have -100% stamina cost. Meaning you can do infinite evasives.

@darkwolf9637 So what hair would you like to have with it, it is a transformation that changes Gohans hair so it makes sense that it changes the players hair that's like saying ssj3 should be disappointing like ssj 1 and 2 by not giving the actual hair transformation. If all you going to do is have a pallete swap then why bother with the transformation unless it makes canonical sense anime wise being based on anime the transformations should follow the anime and Mangas lore and logic, kioken and ultra instinct makes sense since goku only had a pallete swap so makes sense that's how it happens in the game same with ssj God.

@@darkwolf9637 so you want it to be like ssj 1,2 and Majin vegta where your hair doesn't physically change its only the colour that changes nah that's boring the best part of transformations as side from the state boosts is the physical changes, also I would say we need more hair styles in the game, and maybe being able to manually set what our hair would look like in ssj 1,2 and majin vegta etc. The exceptions being ssj 3,4 broley ledgendary ssj berserker transformation and ultra instinct and ssj God

Future SSJ has Stamina Regen increase Probably a tiny bit less than Blue Edit : Time for a Little Nap Super Soul now allows for unlimited SSJB Evo

@@Anime-God-911 At the terminals in Conton, where they sell techniques and stuff for TP Medals, you should be able to buy the Super Soul They sell it there sometimes, but not everyday Definitely worth it, I think there used to be a way to acquire it through a quest, but not anymore, now buying it there is the only way to get it

@@learn2finesse795 Sometimes pops in the TP shop (near the Huge statue) You will need to check periodically, it'll be there eventually I'd consider buying 2 of these, if you use a second character, you won't be able to equip it on the second character if you are using it on your main) You'd need do unequip it every time, then equip it on the second, vice versa

I think another problem is that the manga/anime always had issues with power values. Ultra Instinct is really hard to get right and powerful as it is and also balanced to be in a game. So you either make it too powerful or change the entire game transformations power multipliers

Kaioken x20 id move up to C tier for Namekiens and Female Majin. Female Majin with the super soul "I Like You Better When Youre Mad!" as is really negates that stamina break and with moves like Ill Bomber you can be reduce the break further. Namekiens with "Ive Been Saving This. Kaioken!" Can stay in x20 way longer than anyone else because it helps offset the stamina drain. Also all forms drain stamina, with x3 reducing vanishes to cost 1 bar, and you take extra damage, and x20 gets rid of all stamina costs except evasive, and increases damage and damage taken even further. It can be a fun sleeper pick.

I may have missed something but the last time I checked, SSG Blue and SSJ Blue Evolved don't drain the same amount of stamina. Normal Blue drained less stamina then Evolution.

They used to But ki auto drain for blue evo dropped from like 30% to 18 and ssjb dropped from 20 to 14 ish Meaing modern blue evo has less drain than pre buff normal blue Combine that with ever super soul that both boosted ki auto recov and was added in a update rather than basegame has a auto recov of at least 19% and you get no downsides both forms

We need ultra ego, ssj4, legendary ssj, orange namek, maybe rose, SOME type of human form (well I guess they can use potential unleashed and I guess that might be the best they can get because humans fell off in Dragon Ball) anyway, maybe frieza black, perfected/true ultra instinct, perfected super saiyan blue, super saiyan rage, even giant monkey, buff human, evil saiyan ALL the amazing forms they could’ve added but never did or at least haven’t yet but it would’ve fleshed the game out so much more

Honestly, I was very disappointed by Super Saiyan God and Ultra Instinct. I understand balance but there should have been some form of attack and ki buffs for both even if not as strong as SSB.

Dude, beast is by far the best for pve! Second highest dmg transformation, much ki gain, unique combo and sick looking! 30% dmg boost in everything! Ssbss although gives 35% BUT the ki drain is insane! I prefer to fuck tjis 5% in dmg difference and rather have no ki drain, allows me to do whole ki techniques

Without super souls I agree with these rankings honestly. With super souls everything can be the best. I would say FSSJ should be the skill picked over PU for Saiyans. If you had to choose between does two at least. Sure FSSJ doesn’t give you the boosts PU does, but it does give you the ability to teleport when charging up attacks. Which is best to have since it is one of the advantages you have over other races.

much need saiyan forms ssj4: no ki/stamina drain, stronger strikes maybe even different combos along with a moving tail ssj rosé: no ki drain but slower stamina recovery, different ki blasts, along with a unique aura lssj: ki gain on transformation, 2x size change, different combos, highest basic attack damage multiplier in the game

What they should do for a future game is add both Transformations and Techniques so your able to use ssj plus UI or KK but it's used for maybe 5 secs not using the actual Technique it's like for a boost like the ones they have. For example going KK for 5 seconds after using the super move(It should be a super move instead of Awoken. Idk if I'm making any sense I'm just yapping

SSBE should be A rank due to the ki drain. Yes you can get around it with super souls but it forces you to either constantly spam your charge skill or waste your super soul on a mediocre skill which is boring build wise. I'd much rather have beast or SS3 and a Super Soul that increases damage for the entire time.

Beast needs a buff badly, like faster Stamina regen and warp on charged ki supers. I feel the saiyans just get more/better trsnsformations. The cons of beast outweighs the pros in my opinion, and it’s sad because it’s such a cool transformation

A better kaioken and an even higher level of the skill would be great for a human race. They cant rely on SSJ or transformations like other races so kaioken would be perfect for them, granted it would need to get a rework for it to be worth it
