Cell stepping on Piccolos head is actually smart because he can regenerate as long as his head isn’t damaged and even though this was just a dream Cell would’ve been smart enough to think of that for real. Also making Nappa Mr Satans manager was a BRILLIANT choice. Oh and one more thing if you look REALLY closely you can see the green tile among the others when Cell is making the ring.

@@lord_haven1114 probably a mixture between Piccolos and Friezas, since while Frieza can’t regenerate, he CAN live without parts of his body, and most of his head (evidence is Frieza still being alive after being sliced in half by Goku and not bleeding to death, and after being revived in DBS resurrection F, he returns alive only being a few chunks of his head)

yep, like one thousand, four hundred and thirty updates later, the guy might have been fully operational, sadly, a turned off cpu cannot get updates. (funny enough 1430 means "live your life to the fullest", for some reason, but I just think they added a 0 to make the update number higher, should have been just 143 = I love you, meaning the good doctor loved his son, enough to model an android after him it seems.)

Remember that when Nappa was revived, he called Vegeta to tell him he was now in Hollywood and made it big. He's a movie producer and was making a self-biographical movie about how he was killed by Vegeta called Citizen Nappa. Not gonna lie, I'd watch that. He'd also got an actor called Mark for the role, who he was gonna convince to take the stage name Hercule. So here, Nappa was calling Mr. Satan to tell him to get ready for the cell games and he'd take care of all the promotion. I think this also implies Nappa will be the one behind descrediting the Z-fighters after the timeskip due to media magic.

The video playing in Android 16's brain is a callback to what Android 17 said to Piccolo - "try living a few years in stasis with your creator repeating the words "Kill Goku" over and over in your subconscious". And they were HUMAN originally. It's a good addition that make Giro even more of a villain and their actions after getting revived more understandable.

Is a reference to Steven King's The Shining where Jack Nicholson's character begins to lose his mind and start rhythmically typing a similar phrase over and over on the typewriter he's been working with. The arena being a circle is a call back to mr.popo saying all these squares make a circle. So like I said before it's the best time to do the Cell versus videos before the Cell games begin. Oh and btw , Nappa is talking to Mr.Satan .

There was a scene where the character found a bunch of papers written with a typewriter saying one sentence "all work and no play make Jack a dull boy" which sets the mood of how this Jack person defended to insanity.
