OMG! I haven't played this game in like years as a teen. I don't have a PS2 anymore though. I have always admired Vegeta. In the show, when I first saw him as a kid I thought whoa...what a jerk but overtime I grew to like him. He has honor, pride in himself and termination.

The game considers that Vegeta didn't get his SS2 transformation until after he was possessed by Babidi. I think that's a mistake.

You must be in Vegeta's dragon universe in the cell saga. After you defeated Android 18, go to the west city and Vegeta will talk to Bulma and you should get final flash or instead find all the Dragon balls and ask for a breakthrough and put breakthrough in Vegeta's skill tray and you could be sure you have by going to the pause menu, choose to refer to skills and you should find final flash as one of his playable abilities.

How did I know you were talking about this interaction before I clicked? It always stood out it to me, even as a 9 year old. This was probably my favorite game of all time. I would replay story mode with the Saiyans, Piccolo, and Krillin. I just wish they had implemented a Future Trunks/Trunks/Goten hybrid story or at least something close to it.
