You have to activate Surge, then just mash away with the attack(melee) button. Try it, and you'll see it's as easy as repeatedly pressing one button. You can also manually tack on an extra move at the end when the combo is done, like a Kamehameha, but, you'll get more damage out of going for another Surge melee combo. There's a Know-How skill that extends Surge time, so you can just keep doing the melee combo multiple times. But if the enemy is no longer stun locked, give 'em a good ol' Ultrasonic Fist to daze them, then keep Surge combo-ing. (Ultrasonic Fist never works on Golden Freeza)

I believe in the "A New Power Awakens Part 2" DLC, the level cap is increased to 300 (and the quickest way to get to 300 is to finish the DLC, and revisit it with whichever character you want to grind and do the special training challenge (the one with infinite Freeza soldiers). Make sure to pop an EXP item or meal for an increase.

This is a random comment, but I am releasing my secret that basically nobody knows about. It’s the best way you can get a cool aura as of now in dragon ball xenoverse 2 without the help of mods or DLC. It is east elder Kai’s super soul, “we should just enjoy the game right now.” It adds cool effects due to its nullification on all attacks. Try it out!
