Personally, in order for SSJ4 to be Canon, It would need to be Broly specific. He's already primal by nature, and thus he would have an easier time controlling the Oozaru form than any other Saiyan with the proper training. Just a quick visit with Shenron to get his tail back (Unless it's beyond his power because of how strong Broly is and how much power could be contained in his Oozaru Transformation) and it's the perfect set up, maybe afterwards the others could achieve it but I feel like Broly deserves it after everything he's gone through in the canon, and it's so fitting in my opinion.

Cool idea. Other way they could implement it, is that to achieve full control of ultra instinct they try to get their tails back, so they could transform into ozarus and try to control the form as a form of self control training. And successfully do it a few times and use it in some fights, but then try to combine it with super Saiyan which works, but then with ultra instinct, and then accidentally turn into super SSJ4 instead and discover that SSJ4, is like a even stronger ultimate combination of Ozaru, SSJ God and Ultra instinct. Basically make SSJ4 the most ultimate saiyan, form the true SSJ God form. Kinda closing the whole circle. From Ozaru and a humanoid being the first basic forms, of a Saiyan to the most powerful form being a Monkey god form, that looks similar to Sun Wukong.

Goku's SS Blue with Kaio Ken is such a cool form - I loved how it was a mix of this god like power he's found, but pushed even further beyond using a technique he learned from King Kai. SS4 just looks so badass and edgy. I would have loved to see regular SS mastery when him and Gohan come out of the time chamber included in this - that was such a whole new level, raw power of the SS but in a natural state!

Goku’s attempted kill shot on Frieza during the 20x kaioken is so extremely underrated to me. Goku was as close to over the edge as he could get, and the power he needed was truly unconscionable to him at that point. It also further proves just how strong Frieza was in his 100% state. I say that even after watching this video, seeing the SSJ transformation occur, which is Goku truly grasping as his own sanity, as he experienced unbridled, unmitigated rage, finally allowing him to erase the limitations completely. That being said, the animation for the SSJ2 power up, and subsequent fight with SSJ2 Vegeta is the best in the series hands down - imo.

Fun fact:god form isn't faster than blue Blue just strains the body more which appears to be slower,goku constantly switching between the two was mainly to conserve energy Sorta like closing your fist at the last second before a strike
