Pretty much a big boost to all his parameters. Power, Agility, Defense, and Ki firepower. This is at the expense that Ki drains quicker than it does anything else. SS1 is that basics, SS2 has an even stronger boost in paremeter at the expense of draining even faster, and SS3 (Long hair, no eyebrows) is the strongest out of all of the regular SS line, but as shown here, it obviously isn't meant to last.
