Finally found it. Thank you!!!! Man I remember hearing this back in the 1990s when my computer only had windows 95 lol. It always sound like a mix between some kind of African drum beat and Guile's Street Fighter theme. It really captures Vegeta's menace when in the heat of battle. Superb!

personnellement j'imagine Vegeta qui fait une arrivée ultra badass et qui se change en super sayan face à C-19 et l'achève par son big bang attack. le thème collerait tellement bien au personnage à la fois menaçant au début puis très dynamique héroïque lors de la phase de combat. un BANGER ce thème! 💖

Within Mr. Yamamoto's style, that pretty much means it's NOT stolen. Kenji was never subtle with his theft, he just took that shit and made it different instruments.
