2:38 I’m hearing evil laughters through these electric guitars I t puts some kind of hallowing aura in this music theme, I don’t think it suits the bird lover C16 we all know, actually. Still I like the melody and rhythm a lot though.

The song has an evil feel to it but if u listen closely the hook is kinda soft n touching. That’s akin to his character. Tough on the outside n but soft on the inside.

Wow, I just realized today that Kenji Yamamoto totally plagiarized the Gremlins 2 theme for this song! This has become a game for me now. I wonder how many other songs he plagiarized and ripped off in his video game music... To be fair though, the Gremlins 2 theme does sound like it would be a perfect DBZ battle theme for the anime series and wouldn't sound out of place in the Shinsuke Kikuchi soundtrack. Even has a similar electric guitar sound that Kikuchi used.

Huh, you're right. It does have a very DBZ vibe to it. And they do sound awfully similar. It's funny how things go around the musical world...especially when it comes to early video game composers. Nice ear

Dee15gon 17 doesn't appear in the Super Butouden series. He and 18 are pretty much identical in power so only one of them were used. 16 is also a playable character during the the fight against Perfect Cell.

Weirdly, Lapis is playable in the first DBZ fighting game for the Famicom Datach Tenkaichi Budokai Update Oh i reccently discovered that he was supposed to be playable in that game (along with Android 19, base Gohan and base Trunks)
