When I do Kaio ken all it does it shave my health by tenfold and lasts for 0.2 seconds what do I do

you have to go to config settings and enable SuperKaioken

for me, meditation on single player, it doesn't do anything for some reason, it doesn't even pop up on my action box. Is this a bug or something? Sorry for the late comment

It is in the config file. The default max is 500. Most servers bump that up.

Meditation makes you regenerate your ki faster if it's passive. If you go into the config files you can set Meditation to active, which essentially just lets you charge your ki when you are powering up (aka holding the release key).
