8:23 ur portal is disconnecting because portal spawning is dumb and makes a portal in a random safe location in the other dimension within range, not always where it should be. if you move your portal in the nether closer to where it should be (your overworld x & z coords divided by 8, because every 1 block in the nether is 8 in the overworld) then you wont have this problem. example: overworld portal: 900 60 -132 the portal in the nether should be: 113 60 -17. or at lease close ish to that. tl;dr move ur portal in the nether also 10/10 series love watching you play minecraft also sorry for mansplaining minecraft portals
