Very comprehensive and informative. I too hv grown these plants both from seed and cuttings purchased. I hv several yellow DF that I grew from seed I got from Dubai market. These are now 3 years old. I suppose these are either Vietnamese or Equador Paloras. Last year I got 3 fruits and this year only 2 red pulp variety.

Sir this crop doesn't need much water and needs good sunlight which is suitable for our country especially south India. If everybody starts growing this fruit in matter of years the supply will surpass the demand thus reducing the price drastically. Besides this fruit is not like mango which everyone loves to eat. Even mango price has gone down this year. Please I urge every farmer to grow for multicropping.
