I can’t get my tree to grow. How did you do it ?

Trees, and other plants, will only grow within your town. They'll grow as of dawn of the next day. Plumberry trees, like crops, have two levels of growth, one per day. As I recall you'll need to let it grow to full size which means two dawns (I'm going off memory since I'm half asleep atm).
