She isn't there where I'm looking. Is it depending on the time of day? Cause during the afternoon i find her at the roulette table. Now at Night I just checked she isn't there. I am standing in the hall to the left and she is no where to be seen. I just beat the final boss and started the post game stuff. I legit can not see her.

For me she was actually in the VIP area itself (not the hall to) on the outer right hand side of the map. Green and black checkered shirt.

For the one in Sniffleheim it says "rest till noon" but when I rest at the campfire I only get "Sunrise" or "Night". how do you rest till noon? I'm playing DQ11S in 2D too. So I don't even know were she is waiting for me, as there is no bell at the harbour..

The puff puff is a "double" meaning game. Of course, the real meaning of it is a sexual prank that the girls do in the MC with their breasts, but to get past the censorship, it's always shown something totally nonsensical. Note that when the puff puff is made the screen is ALWAYS black.
