Apologies for my unrelated post to this topic but how about a podcast on what an air conditioner engineer can perform when it comes to Part P of the building regulations? In a lot of domestic installations, smaller units are connected via a fused spur. Yes, a non 'competent' (in terms of qualifications - not skills) person can add a fused spur but not when its for outside use. Here is the confusion. Secondly the confusion over the use of SY cable between the indoor and outdoor units could be discussed. Thank you for a great podcast!
