@@MissBeloved__ Grigori isn't the name of the specific dragon from the first game, it's just a title given to the dragon by the leader of salvation that means "watcher angel", which is basically what dragons in dragon's dogma are. So yeah, the dragon from dragons dogma 2 is also a "Grigori".

@@spazzmaticus9086 Okay so you know how the first game has Wyrmspeak? The Language of the Dragons? Yeah, turns out it's probably latin. There's two things Grigori says when he first shows up on the beach "Nomen meum grigori" and "N'es testha... N'es de. Mi, e'squuorau ait. Mi, i'iga..." We're pretty sure the wyrmspeak-to-latin-to-english translations are "I am a Fallen Angel" and "I initiate you as immortal" so yes, in a meta sense you're right. Just some cool added facts

While a lot about DD2 feels anemic this theme is as good as Grigori's theme from DD1. I love it. It's a shame the dragon himself has less interesting stuff to say.

It's okay at best. Same as most music in DD2, it lacks a sense of identity and memorability. It could basically just be fantasy stock music.

Very understandable, there’s games like TES and the Fallout series where they reprise the main theme into almost every OST they have. DD 2 sort of lacks it imo
