the game is still teaming with potential. a solid expansion that also diversifies the base game + hard mode will push it over the edge.

Running a similar mod set up myself, expect I fiddled with the new game + nightmare difficulty to make bosses actually kill able. The game is really different when enemies actually get to use most their moveset and deal decent damage. Really shows how much this game needs and official hard mode

How did you do the overhead slam instead of the regular horizontal slash after the tidal fury counter at 4:14?

Sorry for the correction. I made some test with the greatsword counter, it change based on the enemy position.

How can you manage to perfect block all the time? I can never feel the timing (it is very weird timing and a lot of people agree xd) Any advice?

Just practice. The parry windows of the greatsword is actually really big, you just need to find the right timing.

@@Odisseo_ Yes I got better and I was talking about tidal fury before. Parrying with charged attack seems easier for me. Parrying with Warrior feels satisfying and is rewarding overall cause if I'm not wrong you deal more damage with charged attack when parry.

Well, they're both WARRIOR(s). I don't find Godfrey/Hoarah Loux's themes to be among the best of Elden Ring, but it does fit this video. I think Starscourge Radahn or Consort Radahn's first phase theme would've also worked.

@@TheStraightestWhitest My absolute favorite hands down is Starscourge Radahn's first phase theme, followed by his second. After that it's a tossup for third between Morgott and Maliketh's suites.

@@MrEvan312 Excellent picks. Prior to the DLC, it was between Radahn and Maliketh for me. After the DLC, Consort Radahn and Midra swooped in for a tied first place.
