It just makes sense to be. It's your home town, where you grew and the land you love, while also the land you had your heart stolen and now have to leave behind. It's a feeling of longing comfort but also a sad goodbye to where you'll never comeback.

at first, it got on my nerves how the character would halt at the edge of a high cliff or building, but then I realized it was a warning and gave you a chance to make a choice on whether to go back or jump over.... Dark Souls did NOT offer this, so, I died a lot a bit more.... it's a crucial addition to a game that makes you start from your last save...

It's very useful when you actually want to hang from the cliff, to make an enemy jump from it for example. This only works if you stand at the very edge, step down and then immediately turn. Without the warning from the game I wouldn't be able to time it

@@insaneschizoid no, but accidently falls from silly shit got on my nerves. But i do appreciate dark souls making you watch your step and even attacking could put you over a ledge. Currently playing through Dark Souls again..

If you go to the pawn guild there is a task board that gives you a quest to go there for a badge of vows.

I wonder what's up with graves like that. There is another isolated grave like that with 2 flowers when going along the Eastern shore from Cassardis to Gran Soren. It's kind of near the fort, and you need to go towards the sea, towards the cliffs and, at the end of the narrow path, there is this isolated tomb.

I like to think that the hidden grave is the Arisen's parent(s). :)

if you think about it carefully the character you control is grigory's pawn therefore that grave should be his. since when we fight against God and choose to cease to exist we fall from the celestial plane and become the new dragon

@@sirfenixxumbra6626 ? That doesnt make sense. *Possible spoiler alert* . A dragon is made when an arisen dies to the seneschal. The pawn then receives some of the fallen arisen's soul and starts to change to be more like them. This is what happens with Grette. The pawn retains all memory of their previous master. Our arisen doesnt know grigori except as a dragon.

@@ronaldglenn11 only useful thing for gold at end game is to copy rare materials with the black cat dude to upgrade lvl 3 gear. nothing else gold is good for at that stage

@@ronaldglenn11 If you're not a mage, sorcerer or magick archer, then go to fournival and buy a shit ton of conqueror's periapt plus (if you are a strider, ranger or assassin) blast arrows. Else, buy a crap ton of demon's periapt

One of the 'From a Different Sky' collection quests sends you to a cliff right above these, which is usually how i end up finding them

those aren'T as "secret" as one would expect, as a matter of fact a later quests leads you to this particular cave and unless you take the worst possible path you will find the room above anyhow^^

Yea this is no secret. There litrially a quest you pick up from the pawn quild that takes you right to the grave.
