Is this the best spot for payday?

I think it's a great spot for sure! I can't say how good it compares to others because I've not done much testing at other locations. I'm thinking of trying it at Mt Silver. I did payday (among other things there, I was in the cave for a while) quite a lot in Artisian Cave when I was shiny hunting my Smeargle. But I don't think I'd do that unless you're wanting a shiny Smeargle (and I believe you could make an argument for just sweet scenting in the cave and doing a gym run or some other money making method).
