Toyotaro didn't create DB AF, he did a fan manga. The name of DB AF and the SSJ5 design (its real name is Spirit Killer) were created by an Spanish man called David Montiel, most known as Tablos AF, his drawing was published in an Spanish magazine, but with the name of Goku SSJ5 and the magazine people said that DB AF was the official sequel of DB GT. That made people go crazy and start making drawings, edited videos, new phases of Super Saiyan and fan mangas, including Toyotaro's.
