T. Wood i think its "Mastered SSBlue".in the manga around the Goku Black Arc, Goku had tapped into Mastered Blue with was literally God of Destruction mode. Faster, stronger and Goku even had Hakai.

PyroKnight95 Maybe Vegeta's extended training inside the Hyperbolic Time Chamber allowed him to master SSB,similar to what Goku and Gohan did with SSJ in the Cell Saga. So maybe now Vegeta has attained SSB Full Power like the manga or maybe SSB2 (because of the title of ep 126) and also because this was how Gohan attained SSJ2 after his training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.

Though his eyes look different, and I believe in the manga after mastering it, the aura dissapeared, as if they were in 100% concetration mode, but in the anime he has sparkling new aura and eyes that resembles UI a bit, so I believe this is a new power beyond SSB :)
