Fan fiction is sometimes fun. I’ll probably pick this up and check it out. But basically, if this was canon Vegeta. He would have just killed everyone on Earth as a kid. Vegeta being roughly five years older than Goku and all. Unless this has him sent as a baby, which in that case, he would still have a power level of around 500. Roshi may succeed with a powerful Ki blast and maybe use the evil containment wave to lock him up. But Vegeta was a way stronger saiyan baby than Goku was. Gohan and Roshi would either stop him, or Vegeta would wreak havoc on Earth.
