And we already know that at his base level he's bullet proof, because OG Android 17 was bullet proof, and he's a complete weakling compared to base Goku at this point). We also have no idea how powerful that ray gun was. Ray guns are powerful enough that they remained the primary weapon of Frieza's fighting force, despite many of those soldiers having a power levels in the thousands. Which suggests that the 'common ray guns' are still much more powerful weapons than almost anything in the Naruto universe.

@@Vindication1134 For reference, I agree with everything you're saying But at the same time, I can *sortve* see why somebody could mistake it for a comedy feat Not only has there been plenty of gag moments before the moon busting feat (Goku hitting Yamcha so hard he shattered a manga panel, taking the rabbit mob to the moon to make mochi ect ect) but the fight between Jackie Chun and Goku was fairly gag based well, such as the drunken fist part of the fight and Goku using his tail like a propellor Though again, by the context of the story and impact of the moon being destroyed it's not a one time gag, otherwise there wouldn't be so many moments to keep it consistent (like the Werewolf's goals to why he wants to beat Jackie Chun or Kami being stated to have re constructed the moon for example)

Not sure alot of people know this, but buff roshi isn't a transformation. That's his actual form. He just nearly always suppress his ki, him getting buff is not a power up, it's more like at most given times he's only giving it like 30% and when he gets buff that's him giving it 100%

The problem is Roshi's power levels are wacky, Ya he blew up the moon in Dragonball yet couldn't do jack when the very weak Raditz came to Earth. This issue is all over the place in the Dragonball Universe. Vagitta without effort blew up a planet in DBZ Saiyan saga and later at much higher power levels could only blow up mountains and scorch the earth instead of obliterating it. In the Cell saga Vagitta used every ounce of his power to kill Cell and only created a crater instead of vaporizing the planet. Vagitta's power level in the Saiyan saga was 18,000 his power level in the Cell saga was 2,200,000,000. You can't really compare them since DBZ is inconsistent as hell.

You can say that the dimension are smaller then our normal earth but that's not the case because there is no proof that it's smaller then our normal earth ,there is no statement for it. Plus I am low balling it . Second zetsu stated that there are infinite dimension of these , providing that there are infinite multi plantary size dimension. Meaning since kaguya destroyed it , she should atleast scale to complex multiversal. Plus I am low Balling her again. She was scared of base momoshiki and kinshiki, Meaning they both atleast individually should be relative to her . Meaning kinshiki and base momoshiki are complex multiversal. So the 4 kage are relative to base momoshiki and kinshiki all together, but fused momoshiki one shotted 4 kage Meaning they should atleast scale to high-complex multiversal, since they can one shot 4 kage who are complex multiversal. Naruto at base at 50% went toe to toe with fused momoshiki so in So6p mode he can one shot fused momoshiki. So naruto at So6p mode can one shot a high-complex multiversal level character. So at baryon he can one shot his So6p form. So baryon mode naruto scales to hyperversal and goku is just complex multiversal. So naruto one shots and solos dbs verse except character like zeno and grand priest

Naruto on the other hand probably reaches star level if we're using *REALLY* generous statements and scaling. Anything else higher is wank. The fact you think Base Naruto and Goku are in the same realm of power is so hilarious I can't even tell if you're joking or not. Everyone and their grandmother universally agrees that Goku stomps Naruto with little to no difficulty. Hell I don't even think Peak Naruto can get past Namek Saga Goku let alone soloing the majority of current Dragon ball. Tbh the only way I can see this fight being somewhat fair is if we equalise both characters stats in power/speed and that way you *COULD* possibly argue Naruto winning via clone spam and would have better ways of outlasting Goku's ultra instinct form. Even then Goku also have hakai and various haxes so the fight may not even go to Naruto's favor in a one sided manner. All dat aside tho, I think a better fight would be Naruto vs Ichigo since that's a fight you make a strong case of Naruto winning unlike him against Goku since realistically speaking Base Goku one taps the verse.

Ok, while I'm not contesting the results as the moon busting feat far outweighs anything Jiraiya could perform. Someone in the animation team clearly didn't understand how the Toad Confrontation Chant works. The entire point of the Jutsu is that the victim's real body is helpless so Jiraiya can stab them in the real world. He doesn't try to stab them in the Genjutsu! Jiraiya dying because his own Genjutsu rendered him unable to react to what was actually happening around him is literally the exact opposite of what the technique does. (Nevermind the silliness of Roshi being comatose but somehow managing to keep perfect punching posture instead of just slumping over and bowling into Jiraiya harmlessly.) Really the fight would've ended when Jiraiya tried to match the Kamehameha with the Big Ball Rasengan. With Jiraiya being overpowered and destroyed by the moon busting attack.

Yeah, some people tried arguing why Roshi kept moving, it's basic physics, things in motion stay in motion. I saw someone on Rooserteeth sum it up perfectly "You can't expect a Swinging Wrecking ball to stop swinging when you turn off the engine."

Without conscious control keeping your body in a position against things like wind and gravity, Roshi would flop into the most aerodynamic shape he can at any given moment while continuing his current direction and speed. In other words he'd ragdoll. And between who's actually aware enough to adjust his posture and the one who's flopping through the air like an inflatable tube man, the most Roshi would accomplish at that point would be bowling Jiraiya over. Again, Roshi would win when the rasengan and kamehameha clashed. Hell, attack struggles like that are even a DBZ staple. They'd clash, be even for a bit, then Roshi would just pour more power in for the KO.

The simple fact that he can't fly, doesn't sleep standing in perfect posture, and has fallen over or been blown away by something (which he absolutely has) means he's still subject the same basic physics as a person. If you're trying to show Roshi wins based on might, there are better ways to do it than getting the opponents technique exactly wrong, or ignoring physics entirely for an ending that implies the fighter won by bumbling into it rather than any skill or strength on his part.
