Cybory daniel Oh, I played Z3 without transformations, and did well (Well... depends on which characters) This is because of the Dragon Arena. That, and a special skill that helped reduce the amount of Ki used for teleporting (Believe the skill was called Concentration) Though, transforming is a good strategy. Although, in my opinion for Z3 difficulty, it won't keep them off for long. I practiced 'guard break', and kept my defenses razor sharp.

@@MATomaso Hardest difficulty setting in Budokai 3. You have to beat story mode on Very Hard to unlock Z, then beat Z to unlock Z2 mode, then beat Z2 to unlock Z3 (can be done with any character btw. Easiest to do with Broly in my opinion)

Yes. It's not dependent on the difficulty. All that matters is you clear Goku's story once.

this is what I will never understand about vegeta and his saiyan pride: he is happy to let babidi take control of his mind so he can become stronger which means that he is destroying his saiyan pride as he is using a cheap tactic to get stronger which means without the help of others he is weak. This shows that he is throwing all his pride away. and THEN on the other hand, when it comes to fusion, he refuses, EVENTHOUGH HE IS GOING TO FUSE WITH ANOTHER SAIYAN, which makes absolute no sense as to how he will lose his saiyan pride if he fuses with another saiyan but he wont lose his pride if gets under mind control so he can get stronger. the people who made dbz made a real error with vegeta. they should of had it like this so vegeta's argument about his pride would make more sense: instead of choosing to go under the control of babidi, they should have made babidi see the slight wickedness at the back of vegeta's heart and make babidi control vegeta that way instead and make vegeta break through the mind control with the goodness in his heart like he actually did so, and that would make more sense as vegeta could say that it was not his choice to get under control and that he has not thrown his saiyan pride away but in the long run making his pride stronger as he overcomes babidi's mind control.And if he was to refuse to the fusion, I would agree with his argument as he would have refused to join babidi as it was not his choice to get mind controlled (in my version of the story) and he would have refused to fuse as both would destroy his pride.(if he was given the choice to get mind controlled or fuse of course)

I'm still playing Budokai 3 and Tenkaichi 3 and meanwhile I do know every move in those two games ... My favorite ultimate attack in Budokai 3 is Cooler's supernova .. It's just perfect with his words ^^ And the explosion of the planet looks incredible....

This is a bitch to play on the 360 dpad, because of how this game registers sidesteps and teleports on the angles, so you eat a lot of ki accidentially 'porting.. Almost better off using the stick.

I tried to fight Raditz in Z3 difficulty using WE GOTTA POWER!!!!, 2× kamehameha and the Z-Sword, but I still wasn't able to beat him. He was on his last bar of HP. 😭😥 Fighting Raditz with Level 0 Goku is hard.

I'm not really sure why I'm here so late but I see a lot of comments about the Gotenks fight being the hardest in the game. Not even remotely difficult if you know how the AI works. If the distance is right the AI will always counter a beam attack with their own beam attack. Win the struggle, rinse and repeat. Difficulty doesn't matter.

Man, the character models back in this series were the best. Unlike the exaggeratedly chromey shadings we had now. If only they just use these 3D models, and polish it a little, then make it with a better 3D fighting system. It would be awesome.

AK M well, some people prefer old 2d style, but other people (like me) prefer the 3d one, because its more easier to dodge some attacks you move more freely. Yeah, i think maybe some people didn't even want that 3d games where a thing, but yeah, time passes too fast, and you cannot go back in time, so yeah :/

finish the DU with goku 1 time and then start it again after the battle with SSJ3 VS BUU you need to go fuse with gohan after that 2 red points will shows on the map go the point that close to you more,supreme kai appear and he told you he felt another evil energy stonger then majin buu. after that keep going with the story when you beat buu on his inside you told vegeta to hold kid buu and you going to fight bruly before fighting bruly goes to the island near kame house you automatic landed in ''plains'' you have there conversation with yourself you earn ssj4 then go fight broly, after that you will have to fight gotenks fight him . and boom you in the GT arc !

Z3 level wasn't bad! (Especially spamming the Red Ribbon Arena on many characters).. for Goku(and again, Many characters) Until I get to Cell. Cell ALWAYS bust my ass on Z3. It seems like Z3 is somehow harder than Level 99 in the Red ribbon Arena.
