If you mean wisdom % from scrolls that just adds to your wisdom multiplier, so you get more unrealized wisdom from the PP bosses.

How do you get special gains?

Special power gains are from Zenkai and Shadowboxing, you can see how many you've gotten in a meditation in your stats menu

The spreadsheet is just for the best zenkai power levels, you can totally ignore it and just zenkai whenever you feel like if you're not looking to min-max, as long as you're following the required steps.

You can only zenkai 3 times per meditation, and it doesn't matter if you're powered up or not; as long as you make sure your power level is correct.

Tendré que usar el traductor de Google, así que espero que esto no sea demasiado difícil de entender... Debes comprar un frijol mágico en la tienda y luego luchar contra un jefe que es 1.1 (10% más fuerte) que tu nivel de poder máximo. Mientras lucha contra el jefe, debe llegar a menos del 15% de salud, puede usar el naranja oscuro de la barra de resistencia para verificar. Una vez que estés por debajo del 15% de salud luchando contra el jefe, come el frijol mágico y deberías Zenkai.

Yep, boss has to be 10% stronger than your max power when fully powered up.

Don't know about perfect zenkai s but to edit the spreadsheet click on 'file' in the top left and click 'make a copy' which should let you edit it

If you have 220 power lvl how much power do you get from zenkai

If 220 is your power record and your current base power you'd get 35 power from it, 71 free levels that will scales up as you go

To Zenkai? If you're not doing quick meditations then it's totally worth it, doesn't have to be an optimal Zenkai either, any Zenkai is better than none.

If you bought the first SMUT upgrade, you can just hold your finger down on your screen. But it only works during STRUGGLE training (the one where you tap the screen quickly to fill the bar), and struggles during fights. So it's not going to help with any other type of training

Any advice on when the best time to do a zenkai is? Even using that spreadsheet it's not clicking as to when the best time is for me to do them.

The spreadsheet just tells you the exact amount you'll get, you want the highest special power gain value. But it's not that big of a deal, any zenkais are better than none. If you don't want to completely min-max and worry about it, you could just zenkai when you feel like you've hit a wall or have slowed down in your meditation. Just don't zenkai too late since you have to gain power after to zenkai again.

1: Buy a Magic bean 2: Fight a boss that's 10% stronger than you are at max power, so if you're 70 max power fully powered up, find a boss AT LEAST 77 power, more to be safe. 3: Wait until your health is below 25%, easy way is using the dark orange part of the stamina bar. 4: Eat bean If it's not your first Zenkai, then you go to your View Stats and look for Previous Zenkai Power, then make sure you have 50% more than that value

It is a bit confusing, but you only have to pay attention to a few things. Once you put in your power record, base power, and power up y/n, you're only looking for the 3 green highlights in the "Estimated Optimal Base Power to Zenkai At" column. Then the two columns to the right of that, are the max power you'll be at, in case you're powered up while training, and the earliest PP boss you can zenkai on.

I was at mt coldtimes base act 4; zenkai’d and was going to zenkai at act 5 i was 1.5 times higher in terms of my pl but i still didnt get the second zenkai. Can you not zenkai back to back?
