You can still get it by getting the 300q s.m.u.t. upgrade and just buy the achivement

The SMUT upgrade doesn't let you buy an achievement, it just gives you one specific achievement called "Pay 2 Win"

Agreed, the developer plans to have no unobtainable achievements in the future, so we just have to wait for future updates.
