Brought my 3rd level 60 into DF last night. Guide seems to work as described. I am SO happy to see QOL improvements finally with being able to queue up enchants. So far I am really impressed with DF (other than level Dragon Riding which a bit of pain, but it is only once).

Unless they have changed it from 2 weeks to now, you can level up the first points merely by disenchanting things, you do not even need to use any materials for those. So no the most efficient start here (unless they have changed it, if they have, then I'm wrong).

doesnt go past 65 so that is as usefull as a ash tray on amoter bike .......................

You get experience for disenchanting up to about 20, you should definitely leverage that instead if you can.

im really hoping they add some kind of respec on knowledge points in the future, i accidently spent one on a path i didnt really want and now need to go an extra 15 deep on the previous one just to get where i wanted

Seriously no undo, if you drop the profession and later pick it back up again, the points will remain where they were when you dropped it.

First you can start with disenchant! I went till level 25 so far ... didn't try more yet :D.

Heads up, the writ of avoidance/speed/leech require 1 Vibrant Shard instead of dust.

Question: Is it important to pick the prefered profession right from the beginning or is it more intelligent to first stick with mining/ herb for bonus xp and mats and then change to our crafting profession later on?😊 heard something from getting knowledge points in the campaign which would make the pick at the beginning more important, is that true?

i did that with blacksmithing and i got 0-50 blacksmithing in like 10 minutes and I don't feel like I would've gained anything if I started with mining/blacksmithing, infact I got to make extra money from selling skinned mats

You can grab a couple of professions like leather working and blacksmithing, craft each recipe once and you'll gain XP fast. You can then drop them for whatever professions you actually want. That's what I did to boost myself from 68 to 70 in less than 30 mins :). Costs some gold obviously, server dependant.

Great video. One question though. Why pick 2 specializations where we can get only get half way through each spec? I found it to be more profitable to put all points in 1 spec and go far down as possible. For enchanting I chose "Enchanting -> Mat. Manip. -> adaptive" spec to use enchants on cloaks since I am also a tailor. And now I'm crafting good cloaks (used by all) with great enchants that increase my skill when enchanting cloaks.
