Two quick things worth mentioning: - You can run Deepwood on non-dendro unit such as Zhongli (who doesn't really care about artifact set) or Kuki. - Tighnari can also be played in quickbloom (quicken + bloom) teams, mostly because of Furina, thanks to her massive buff and not insignificant personal damage. Though it's worth mentioning that team building is restrictive with her. Baizhu is almost a must, then some electro, preferably one that can easily trigger dendro cores, Raiden for example.

Just going to go out and say, one of Tighnari's new BIS teams is QuickBloom with the release of Furina. Tighnari, Furina, Baizhu, Raiden/Fischl/Miko/Kuki is an amazing team that I suggest everybody try out - if they have Baizhu and Furina. It's very comparable, sometimes even out-damaging, his prior best team in Tighnari Miko Nahida Zhongli. The reason why this QuickBloom team is so good is that Tighnari specializes in being a single-target nuke, and Furina's tiny hydro application leaves the Quicken aura pretty much always on the enemy, but the occasional hydro attack from Furina, as well as her team-wide DMG buff, pushes the team DPS to great heights.

After reading your comment I looked for showcase videos, but it seems everyone is using Furina/Kuki/Nahida. Is that supposed to be better than Baizhu/Raiden? I’m guessing they’re using protoamber because otherwise I don’t know how the healing keeps up unless they have Furina constellations.

@@joelazaro461 people use the Nahida Kuki variant cuz it's more DMG, but it's so uncomfy for me. I prefer Baizhu with Furina lol. It's the same with AlHaitham QuickBloom that uses Furina. It might also just be an ownership thing. Baizhu is in the top 5 least owned 5 star characters.

I am also immensly enjoying the "Inazuma National" with Tighnari. Kazuha, YaeMiko/KukiShinibu (if you're feeling brave), Kokomi + Tighnari has been carrying me in the Abyss for a while, works super great against ASIMON.

He is a very versatile character (resource wise), and a single dps target king in my opinion. His 5 star bow selection is really massive, not to mention Ibis Piercer and Slingshot (F2P weapon). The early constellation also very good, which can win against Alhaitham in single target scenario. His playstyle is also kinda fun for me, not as flashy as other character, but the damage is really solid.

As Dragonfly says - pick whoever you want but Tighnari (IMO) is one of the better DPS from the standard banner. I found him quite easy to build because I had a lot of Wanderers Troupe and a lot of slingshots. Not a unit I would use in the abyss a lot but certainly one to help farm world bosses

But if you have him and few good wanderers troupe pieces and have spare resources, why not? I built him because I had levelled up all the main characters I wanted to use and now I have a very good unit to use for farming world bosses when building future units

As I’m a brand new player. Without a clue what I’m doing. Sort of guessing doing the free pulls the game gives you. Pulled Bennet and xingqui and Tighnari and also a 5 star catalyst weapon. I had no idea how lucky I was so I googled these characters. Wow I love Tighnari now. I’m still figuring out the game mechanics and stuff. It’s a ridiculously complicated game and let’s face it…. Designed to get you to spend money. These videos are helpful thanks.

The only other thing I would have mentioned is that his signature weapon, Hunter's Path, is really good and really boosts his damage quite a bit. But I understand why you didn't as it is pseudo unobtainable, though they did recently bring it back with that one weird banner where you could choose a whole bunch of old characters and weapons (mostly from Monstadt) to wish on.

Tbh better go for c1 dehya. Tighnari DMG is very good for c0 and his cons are a minor improvement. Dehya on the other hand needs her cons

Tighnari is overall really great and easy to use. I often use him instead of my alhaitham just because of how comfy anf versatile he is. My favorite team is tighnar/raiden/nahida/zhongli. Raiden perfectly complements his bursty playstyle

I play him (C1) with Raiden, Nahida, and Zhongli (deepwood). Super easy and fun to play with no problem in hitting 100% spread efficiency (Raiden application) for both Tighnari and Nahida. Raiden can also make good use of Tighnari's quickswap style by dishing out big aggravate numbers in between while doing good sub DPS alongside Nahida. Have 36 starred both single target and most AoE content with ease all along version 4 with this setup. Definitely recommend it.

I chose Tighnari, my wishless account needs a 5-star Main DPS and he was the one i already had solid artifacts to put on him so I didn't really have to farm a set for him. I got him at lvl 70 rn and he's already hitting lik 9-13k with his charged shots even with only lvl 1 talents.

When i started playing you were the first youtuber that the site recommended to me and you helped me so much with the game and i want to help you, i want to start by saying that i'm in no way a professional and that i leant through doing thumbnails and graphics for youtube so this is just my opinion. The graphics in your videos doesn't catch my attention and i don't feel the need to read it, i think you should focus on improving the graphics, also don't be scared to put the in full screen without any gameplay in the background, the fact that the graphics is divided into the sides doesn't help with reading while listening, this is very prominent in the constellation page where you can't possibly read the constellaption effect since it's too small. My suggestion is first pick a color that matches the element of the chracter you are talking about, then put the graphic full screen with some like fading color or geometry or something you like and it's already much better, then work from that. I hope you will read this since i really enjoy watching your videos even tohugh i'm much more knowleadgeable on the game now and the commentary is really good, so keep up the great work and keep improving!

Tighnari mains would join me. He is good on AoE, being able to react múltiple times on each enemy. All of those little number would erase all of your foes. But, you DO need a goos team for him to work on aoe (specially kazuha, venti, etc)

I’m a top 2% tighnari main. I use him in aoe scenarios by grouping with kazuha and and having Kuki grass ring to apply electro and then nahida E - burst and then tighnari E- skill - 1 charge atk - burst- two charge atk- repeat. If you have enough er and Kuki c4 you can do this with almost no down time,

I do agree with Tighnari being quite strong and easy to build, but that's only thinking about his raw damage. Of course there's a drawback and that is his teams will be most of the times restricted to electro and dendro, so you will struggle with breaking some shields and stuff like that, he's quite strong but I'm not so sure about him being the best choice for early game or new players. I would suggest to pick Jean or Dehya for comfort since having more sustain options would be a better investment in long term.

I have C2 Jean and C2 Dehya. Both have their bursts crowned. I’ve loved Jean since launch. Would love to increase her burst damage in a DPS build and be closer to C4 Jean but a C3 Dehya is very tempting as well. Struggling to make a decision lol

I do really like Tighnari as a damager! I use him in abyss all the time. My favorite team is Tig, Yae, Fischl or Nahida, and Kirara (Kirara's great since she can use deepwood reliably at c4, and all three teammates want the interruption resistance... and her burst can help clean up the last enemy or two). That being said, I'm probably going to select Dehya c0 instead of a Tig constellation, since she'll be good as a support for imaginarium theater hard mode... depends if I lose to her on the Kinich banner. 😆

I'm planning to get Dehya since she's the only missing cuz I skipped her debut banner. I pulled for Tighnari during his debut. The only thing I want for him is his weapon cuz I missed it twice cuz the last time it came back, it's a real gumble amd worst than pulling on limited weapon banner.. I have all standard characters so I'm torn between C2 Tighnari and C1 Dehya. I only use them when the fancy strikes (my only super active standard is Jean, but her next cons is C5 and that one's meh...) so I don't think either would change my account drastically. But from all the cons I can get, those two seem to be the best ones. I feel Dehya's HP scaling is objectively the better one, but I use Nari more than her, and it'd be fun to match my C2 Cyno with it

I’m playing a true no-pull account. Didn’t even pull on the Noelle banner. The only 5 star I have is Traveller. The only 4 stars I have are the ones given in the game through story or events over the past year (and I missed one or two). My only hydro character is Barbara and my only Electro is Lisa. I chose Ningguang from the last Lantern Rite because I needed both a Geo character and a DPS - she’s fit the bill well enough. But I have no idea which Standard 5 star to pick. Suggestions welcome. (seriously, please help)

I think sucrose is more compatible with tigh. her kit is good in buffing him, plus you can use ttds or hakushin. since kazuha can't swirl dendro, only the aggravate reactions.
