@@BenRanger111 He did not become the drummer because he made that video. Given that I'm one of Gee's drum students, he told me that it had very little to do with him getting the spot. Correlation does not equal causation.

Dave Macintosh was an absolute beast and was one of the most consistent members of DF. I was happy and sad to see him go. At least he is doing what he really wants to. I look forward to seeing what kind of creativity Gee will bring to future albums. I loved the stuff from Didier on Valley of the Damned album so hopefully Gee can mix things up too.

+MrBeardman Actually it is more sports than for the music relevant technique... And you can notice that he has problems to play fills clean and powerful at this tempo, most of the time he skips many hits... I think they should play it maybe 5 bpm slower and his problems get solved ;)

The bass drum and snare seem to be tuned to almost the same frequency. I guess that because of the bass drum triggers

I think it's just the mic not picking up the snare properly. From other angles in other shows you can hear the snare pop as it should.
