Dragonframe Tutorial - 504 ARC Motion Control Temporal and Spatial Adjustments

Does anyone know how to make my motion control rig not stop per second. I have an 8 second move but my motors seem to segment this and stops every second for a second. I'm shooting motion and I'm unaware of how to get it to move through the moves seamlessly without stopping. All help is appreciated!
