I would have gone with Darby O'gill and the Little People. I wonder how many points that was worth.

Would have been my guess but wasn’t pointless so they asked someone of great taste.

My safe answer would be The Name of the Rose, but a risky one which I think is his final film would be Sir Billi.

Ransom is never off the tv, he plays a guy at an airport who is the country's security man, meteor with Natalie wood, we was in a film with Paul Schofield and M.Caine about men. as a plumber. I like the one he plays a poet. a Fine Madness, i've seen everything? Anderson tapes, The Bowler and the Bunnet was a documentary i had on VHS for years. i found out that they lost all copies of it? but rediscovered it. in Italy? It was shown on STV, in the 80's. The BBC rediscovered Anna Karenina with him. There must be ten versions of that story at least? the Hill about the army prison. and the offence was his best. I remember Red Tent because its considered an art house movie.

He didn't receive an acting credit for the movie, or it probably would have been.

He also did a pretty good "Robin and Marian" in the 70s. Was surprised not to see it in the pointless list. Really great scene of two old men fighting in armour at the end.

@@JPBelanger The rematch between Connery and Robert Shaw from From Russia With Love 🙂 I would have guessed that each of the three movie of his that also featured Robin Hood would have been very good answers, nice to see at least Time Bandits there 🙂
