I’m surprised there was no mention of clinical evidence or qualifications required of the coaches. Mothers should have the freedom to make their own decisions about how they give birth of course (tho elective home births make me nervous no matter how “fit” the mother is) but I thought they’d at least ask. Other than what the app does I’m still not sure what hypnobirthing actually involves.

It is an amazing way for women to feel mentally and emotionally in control through their labour. I guess they didn't need to hear reviews because the growth is evidence alone. You would not believe how amazing these women labour. I have watched women hypnobirth and I am always in awe
