For those interested, their company dissolved in 2016, 2 years after this aired. They had a successful crowd-funding campaign right after this aired but their profits were basically non-existent by 2016, likely due to polaroids becoming the dominant physical style of photo for younger people - as well as the fact that their frames don’t offer any uniqueness over other frames.

Would have been a good idea 40 or 50 years ago when people took 20 or 30 photos a year and wanted to keep the best one. Who is going to spend £22 on a photo when you are taking 100 a day and may get 20 better ones tomorrow? Much cheaper to buy an electronic frame and change the photo when you want.

I think they could have sold 80-90% of the business and worked for Peter. The 20% value would be far more significant under a big company comparing to 100% running it alone. Also that offer should be acceptable by Peter because he’d want them to have more skin in the game opposed to making money for someone else.

I'm amazed that you noticed the shadows. My mind usually ignores/filters out shadows; it requires conscious effort for me to find them and I always assumed it's the same for everyone else.

This particular series had a lot of photo based companies, people jumping aboard the train. Notice how the video uploader likes to upload individual cases from one series in bundles at a time.
