I think this deal was fair to be honest. 50k and he giving only 25% of his business, kelly didnt ask for a whole lot, and he got a dragon that can actually open doors for him. I think he is lucky.

She was fair. 25% is a hefty amount but when you consider the lack of protection and slight profits I can see why she went in at that figure. I imagine Peter would have gone 40% if he offered. She made a good choice since he did really well with it over the following years.

Yea they are not waterproof. If you need to replace a screen, battery, or back glass, ANYthing will break the water seal and it will no longer be water-resistant. Some shops can reseal it of course but it's extra $ that you might not have at the time.
