My Own Tekken 8 Predictions: .Jin and Lars are gathering allies to stop Kazuya and G-Corp from taking over the world .It explains the ancient history of the Mishimas,Kazamas, and Hachijous .they finally found a cure for the Devil Gene .the final battle between Jin and Kazuya .Jin defeat Kazuya,but didn't kill him because they are cured of the Devil Gene .the new enemies are the Hachijou clan .6 newcomers are coming to the game .9 characters are returning

2 me the best possible plot 4 tekken 8 is kazuya getting betrayed by people as the world turns against him and joins jin due 2 how it's revealed that he's hving a devil gene, and jin following up his words "people like us shouldn't even exist in this world" with wanting 2 destroy kazuya, himself, and the devil gene by absorbing kazuya's devil power during the final fight. after absorbing it, jin would turn in2 a super devil 2 kill kazuya and later himself with a nuke launched at their location so that their bodies r destroyed alongside with the devil gene, but kazuya would become stronger thru his inner warrior's will and kill jin in that fight, 2 then barely escape the nuclear explosion with helicopter/jet, while jin's corpse gets evaporized, getting his revenge on him, killing both his father and son. tekken 9's story would b about kazuya gaining the power and influence, and winning the king of the iron fist tournament, then killing lars who's a new leader of mishima zaibatsu 2 take control over it and merge it with g corp 2 then start conquering the world 2 unify the entire earth in2 his militaristic nation-state empire, becoming more powerful, badass, and villainous than ever. the plot of next tekkens would b about kazuya's endeavors 2 achieve that while all the nations r unified against kazuya's conquest. kazuya would b launching the next tournaments 2 settle some war conflicts, look 4 fighters that'd work 4 him, and 2 challenge himself.

Kazuya has always been stronger than Jin imo... But Jin is a nice guy and Kazuya is bad which is why Kazuya lost in T4.. During t4 Kazuya actually had full control over the devil and yet he lost which doesn't make any sense, he also didn't transform to make the fight even stranger.... I'm sure in one thing, Kazuya won't die since he's at the top of the popularity list, so from marketing point of view it doesn't make any sense for namco to kill him... If it were down to harada he'd have killed Kazuya in t7, but THAT Kazuyas popularity didn't let him do that... We all know how much harada likes Heihachi but it was time to say goodbye to his beloved character, killing Kazuya would have caused riot and harada knew it

Things that i want in Tekken 8 story: no more akuma or guest character to interfere at least 4 hour story mode just like Teekken 5 focus on every characters story not just mishimas (for example Asuka and Lili, hwoarang and jin rivalry or etc) i forgot to say i want two different story ending

Your ending sounds more interesting than the predictable one Namco is most certainly preparing. But Kazuya still dies 😭 Him dying while protecting his son is Noble and all, but I don't want that. Actually, I think there should be a new villain so that the series can continue. The villain in question should be the Hachijo clan. The Mishima and Kazama clans unite to defeat the original bearers of the devil gene. Now that would be epic!

I agree that Miguel's ending in Tekken 7 is non canon, but in Tekken 8 I think Miguel would try to kill Jin, but Jin's allies will stop Miguel and let Jin go, because revenge is not the answer in any way and it won't bring Miguel's sister back.

That would make a good story but I think the way Kazuya was portrayed in tekken 7 pretty much confirms that he is an evil character top to bottom especially that scene where he laughs when he learns that kazumi wanted to kill him by telling akuma to do so. I think it's already been established that he is a villian since tekken 4 in his ending where he wanted to absorb all the devil power from jin by killing him and that evil within him continued throughout tekken 5 where he killed jinpachi and tekken 6 where he kills jin again in his ending. Unfortunately, I don't see him saving his son or care about him when he had the chance to in previous games instead he tried to kill him. Anyways the story of tekken is getting rather bland and boring at this point I just want to see some kickass action and cool endings that's all. Tekken 7 had the potential to be a better and made me feel interested in aspects especially with the inclusion of akuma. I wanted to know why akuma waited that long to kill hiehachi and kazuya which was never explained properly.

Kazuya shows some part of humanity in Tekken 5 when he face Jinpachi he trade him respectful however his story was non canon. Heihachi being a good guy in Tekken 7 and looks like all he tried to do was stop the devil gene by killing kazuya. but look at Jin's ending in Tekken 4 after Jin defeat Kazuya then Heihachi showed up and said 'your power is mine' . sound like he was just that bad as Kazuya. idk what namco gonna do next but i see no chance to see Kazuya as a good person

To me, Kazuya has been a good person only in the period when he was a little child... In T1 he was bad In T2 he was evil In T4 he was pure evil... I still like it tho, characters like Jin I find boring and generic... Kazuya is bad, but there is a reason for that

I think your theory will likely be the plot of the next Tekken series, since you've tied up the story from T7 and their connection to Jun and Angel. To me, I've been thinking mostly the same plot as you are, but the difference is that, Jun will be one of the key characters that will have an introductory plot, wherein she will now awaken from her slumber in an unknown heavenly place and was accompanied by Angel this whole time, to protect her from the tragedy that had happened before led by Ogre. For me, I think it would be best that there will be a battle between Jun and Ogre, but Jun will be defeated at the end and nearly got killed by Ogre, but Angel comes to her rescue by salvaging and hiding her out of Ogre's sight, making it plausable to Jun's disappearance. Then as she woke up and meeting Angel, she will tell everything that has happened and make her stay with her until her wounds get healed, even though she wants to come back, it leaves her no choice to stay since her body is very weak and she might have forotten some of her moves due to the fight with Ogre. But as soon as she gets healed, she makes herself stronger with Angel by sparring with her until she devised a new move for her, to take note the changes made for her from TTT2. Once she is ready, then that's the time for her search for her beloved ones and end this family feud and terror happening in the real world, facing the key characters like Asuka, Xiaoyu, Lei, Wang (if they managed to think of his return), Zafina (this one too), and the others.

I just find it strange that kazumi was tasked to kill the mishimas but no one else from the clan was sent in her place if they knew that the mishimas were dangerous.
