Wow, the Tekken monks, who have existed for centuries and have only been introduced in Tekken 8, have been destroyed because they put their faith in someone like Heihachi, who has a history of bad deeds against the world? It's like when the doctor fixed up Bryan Fury and thought "Here is guy we can trust!", only for him to kill Yoshi's gang. The stupidity is almost at MK levels here. Edit: MK's storytelling is light years ahead of other fighting games - it's the characters' actions and choices in the story I am criticising.

You must be new to Tekken huh? Heihachi is literally the root of all the bad things that happen in Tekken. He betrayed and killed his own father which led to his wife trying to kill him which was unsuccessful. He then throws his 5-year-old son Kazuya off a cliff which awakens his evil bloodline causing him to become evil out of revenge. He betrayed his grandson Jin by using him to capture/stop and old monster named Ogre, after Jin succeeds; Heihachi shoots him in the head awaken his evil bloodline he inherited from his father Kazuya. This makes Jin desperate to rid himself of it. In his desperation to rid himself of his evil bloodline, Jin starts World War 3 to awaken a demon named Azazel who bestowed his grandmother Kazumi's clan with demon bloodline hoping killing said demon would rid him of his demonic bloodline.
